Choose a broad status for eight preparation topics. The result organizes your next review conversation. No names, amounts, documents or account details. Choices stay in this page and are not saved or sent.
Every topic starts as not reviewed. Ready means only that you marked a preparation topic ready for discussion. Open and unreviewed topics appear in the follow-up agenda. Not applicable topics are listed separately and excluded from the ready count’s denominator. No risk score or accounting calculation is performed. Marking every topic ready is not a reconciliation, approval, closed period or compliance finding.
Without JavaScript, use the eight-topic sequence: scope; report settings and version; accounting-review dependency; supporting records; maintenance context; owner questions; responsibilities; and handoff. For each applicable topic, note privately whether it is prepared or what question remains. Assign open questions through your organization’s approved process.
Fictional example: scope, version, owner questions and roles are ready; accounting review and supporting evidence have open questions; maintenance is not applicable; handoff has not been reviewed. That is 4 of 7 applicable topics marked ready, with 3 follow-up topics. Reset before leaving a shared device. Browser restoration is separate from this tool.
